The hospitality, staff honesty, cleanliness, and attitude were all excellent, yet the air conditioning was poorly maintained; some rooms stayed cold, especially those with windows, while others got too warm. The shower area needed more upkeep, and the head shower heads were not installed correctly.

I had an average stay; nothing stood out, but nothing was terrible either.

The place is right on the walking street, in a quiet, safe spot with easy access to every shop and restaurant. It's my third time booking here, and the rooms are still clean and nice. The only gripe was the leftover pineapple in the toilet – it was supposed to be a natural air freshener but turned out musty and smelly. All in all, it’s a solid spot.

The owners and staff were very polite and friendly, making the experience truly wonderful. The location is absolutely brilliant, just a 2‑minute walk from Bùi Viện.
