The property was well managed and clean, our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but it was next to the pool and we were woken early by noisy people there.

There was no breakfast offered, only coffee. The heater was loud, and guests in another room had their TV on late at night and talked loudly.

The hotel was newly refurbished, quiet, pet‑free, smoke‑free, and close to downtown Wellsboro.

The location worked well, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and several businesses offered a 10% discount because we were staying at the Canyon Motel.

The overnight stay was pleasant; the room stayed tidy and the complimentary popcorn was a nice touch. The room felt a bit cold and the heating never really caught up.
