The only good things were the location and the parking permit; the carpet was filthy with visible food crumbs and dust everywhere, a damp odor lingered despite several diffusers, and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.

The location was amazing, the place is dog‑friendly, check‑in was super easy, parking with a permit was available, and the facilities were great. Nothing was wrong—perfect. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Ambleside with our dogs.

The location was great, right in the centre of Ambleside, and the facilities were good; everything was communicated easily through emails. The mattress was a bit too firm, but that’s the only downside.
