The hotel is excellent, all staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The laundry service they offer is also very convenient compared to other hotels.

The staff were really nice and the location was very quiet. They don’t serve breakfast, but a banana and a bun were always available in the morning. I found a little toothpaste on a socket by the sink and glitter on the floor, otherwise it was clean and tidy.

The area was quiet, the location was great, and it was close to transport (Yamanote line), supermarkets and a coin laundry. It was nice to have Netflix and they provided coffee, muffins/rolls and bananas in the morning. There was also a microwave to warm up food. Sometimes you can hear noise from other rooms or the hallway.
