The room was clean and well maintained, and Tambun Lost World Theme Park is right across the street, but breakfast was too basic for a Sunway Resort Hotel – just a few local dishes – so I don’t think the hotel justifies the price.

The location is strategic, close to the parks, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious, but the staff need to improve the accuracy of the information they provide – some details are missing.

It’s within walking distance of Lost World Park, but the room is small and congested, there’s no internet‑connected TV, the window is tiny, and there’s no laundry or spa nearby; it’s not as good as the Sunway property and the fridge didn’t have the basic complimentary drinks.
