After a recent knee surgery, I accidentally left the ice machine power cord in the room when I checked out. The next day, after I called the motel from home, Jo, the General Manager, went to the room, found the cord, and offered to ship it back to me. I agreed to reimburse her for the shipping costs, and I received the cord a few days later. She went above and beyond—she's the best! Great service!
