“The cleaningness was great despite the bad condition of the bathroom and the smell”

I didn’t stay for breakfast, but the odor that permeated the entire property was terrible—musty, stagnant, and so bad that I’d rather have the window open to let in marijuana smells than keep it closed and endure the awful stench. The bathroom floor was peeling off the ground, and no shampoo was provided. I had to leave as quickly as possible.

The staff were very accommodating, and the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. The space was very quiet, which was amazing. Overall, a 10/10 stay. I have no dislikes.

“Horrible customer”

The bed had ants and bed bugs, the mold was present, and there were holes in the wall with pee stains on the sheets. Nothing else.

“What to expect”

Everything was above and beyond and clean; they changed the bed mattress and everything was spotless. Everything is great, good customer service.

“The nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed at”

I didn’t like anything. The place was not clean, smelled bad, towels were never changed so we used the same ones the whole stay, there were roaches, the property was nasty inside and outside, and the workers were not polite.
