The breakfast was great, just a bit pricey. The location is good, plenty of parking, and the reception is open 24 hours. The room was small, better suited for one bed than two. The elevator could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was good, but the street noise was annoying.

The reception staff, especially Cristina at the café, were very friendly and always smiling; when someone pointed out the entrance to the restaurant, she would already be collecting welcome cards—what a charm! Kudos, Cristina! Initially, the pillows were not to my liking, but we requested a change and were attended to kindly.

Overall atmosphere was great.

The staff were pleasant and attentive to details. I didn’t find a telephone directory in the room for calling reception or the restaurant.
