The location at the foot of the lagoon is great. The facilities are no longer maintained, the lagoon hammocks are missing, and the premises need a lot of upkeep.

“No fue lo que yo ya había conocido”

The staff were very friendly and gave me one of their best rooms. I didn’t like the facilities; overall the place is very neglected. Eight years ago I had the pleasure of seeing this place when it was beautiful with all the services and the lagoon entrance was very nice and comfortable, which is why I decided to come this time. But there’s no relation, the truth is that the place lacks a lot of attention and care, and a general renovation is needed. I felt uncomfortable, they offered breakfast and it wasn’t even bad quality and nothing edible. I won’t go back there, sadly.

The place is very quiet and the staff are very kind, the position is charming. They barely clean the common areas.

The room had a direct view of the lagoon, but everything was in a terrible state—dirty, poorly maintained, and lacking basic upkeep. The place could have been great, but it was basically a mess, with no maintenance or cleaning. It was far from the center and hard to reach, and there was no lighting or decoration.

“ESTANCIA FAMILIAR, RELAJADA Y TRANQUILA”

It’s a very quiet spot for families, and the kids really enjoyed their stay. The only downside was that the bathroom was outside the room.
