The host was lovely and the property itself was nice. However, there’s an ongoing dispute with the local pub’s publican, who refuses to serve guests from Brigham House. Because of that, you have to walk a half‑hour to get a meal. I didn’t know about the dispute before paying, and then I found out you can’t eat in town, which is very inconvenient if you plan to have dinner, a few drinks, and then walk back to the accommodation.
