“Semplice ma ottimo, sicuro, tranquillo e pulito”
The owner worked exceptionally well—better than anyone else I’ve met in Italy! She was professional, transparent, quick, helpful, and honest. She assisted me with everything generously. The property is in a well-kept residential area and I felt safe. The room was simple with a comfortable bed, a quiet zone, excellent Wi‑Fi, and parking inside the premises. The sea and beach are less than 4 km away, and there’s also a great restaurant (Rist. Toluca, Platamomia 1, down to the sea, open only on ve/sa/do). The shower is narrow, so it’s best for slim, short people. The boiler takes several minutes to heat up, and because it must run for a long time, a lot of precious water is wasted—use a bucket to collect it for plants. The toilet may be connected to a septic tank and you’re required to throw used toilet paper for the “solid” into the toilet, and liquid paper into the bin next to the basin. The entrance wall is lower than the sensor for SUVs, so be careful.
