The room size was nice and check‑in was easy, but the room had a faint cigarette‑smoke smell, and there were large stains on one towel and a blanket; although they weren’t dirty, it would have been better to exchange the stained items.

The room was tidy, the facilities were good, and it was close to the city centre, but we couldn’t check in upon arrival; after a phone call we discovered that the front desk had swapped our first and last names.
