The view and serenity of the place are great, and the Lodge is impeccably put together with flawless details. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, which was expected during the rainy season, but the owner and staff did offer mosquito sticks to help.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, making for a very pleasant stay. A large fan above the bed kept the room comfortable without feeling too hot. It’s on the main street, so food and shopping are easy to find. I had online meetings during my stay, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind and had wonderful smiles; I extended my one‑night stay to three nights. The owner was very helpful in explaining safari tours and recommended a fantastic guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend this hotel; please consider staying here if you visit Chitwan! The only issue was a single power outage at night, which caused the Wi‑Fi and fan to stop, but it was quickly restored, so it wasn’t a problem. Mosquitoes are present, so bring insect repellent (the owner even lent me a mosquito repellent machine).
