“Good”
The spot is great, but the staff could be a bit more courteous.

Breakfast was solid and the location is convenient, though parking could use some improvement.

The place is in a good spot, but the bathrooms need maintenance; tiles are broken in some spots and need replacing. We ordered water to the room at night and it never arrived.

The location, facilities, comfort, and food were all excellent, though there were a few parking issues.
