100000/10. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The airport pickup was quick and clear, the reception was open 24 h, and on the first day the room wasn’t cleaned but it was fixed in 10 minutes… Juan and the breakfast team are UNBEATABLE! Very friendly and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about!

The staff were very attentive to our requests. We were given a room in a less desirable location, but when we asked the hotel team they immediately moved us to a quiet room. The hotel also offers a variety of classes—knitting, drawing, and cooking. We joined a cooking class with Choura, Elisabet, and another charming guy whose name I unfortunately can’t recall— they did it with heart, explained, guided, and it was tasty and fascinating. I highly recommend Hotel Union, located well—close to all attractions in the city center yet quiet and in a great spot. Looking forward to returning on my next visit to Cusco.
