The location was great, but the top‑floor room had no elevator, the water pressure was low, and the breakfast options were limited.

The hotel is incredible; I especially loved the customer service—staff were warm, attentive, and made the stay feel very welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, everything is very clean, and the location is excellent, making it an excellent choice for staying in this beautiful city. I hope that in the future they will also offer a traditional Boyacá‑style breakfast, featuring some of the region’s typical treats, such as arepas boyacenses and almojábanas, as a wonderful way for guests to experience the local culture and flavours of Boyacá.
