The staff were welcoming, but the AC felt cramped compared to the room size.

The place was tidy and well-maintained, yet the pool was tiny, unclean, and seemed more decorative than functional; privacy was lacking, and the bar‑kitchen area felt cramped because staff moved in and out constantly.

Food was tasty, the room décor pleasant, and the pub and open‑air restaurant enjoyable, but the AC failed to cool properly, the room stayed hot, and common‑area cleanliness was lacking.

The location and restaurants were great, staff were exceptionally helpful, and the a‑la‑carte dishes were superb, yet the room’s price didn’t match its condition: mould on the walls, poor lighting, old sheets and duvet covers, a messy corridor, a basic bathroom with an old tub and wiper, cheap toiletries, and worn towels. The buffet breakfast, though included, was ordinary, especially compared to the excellent a‑la‑carte fare. Weekend guests with children should be aware of loud party music that can disturb sleep.
