The location was great, but I wasn’t told beforehand that neither Wi‑Fi nor TV worked, and there was a note on the elevator. Breakfast wasn’t available, nor could it be booked on site, and the bed‑and‑breakfast felt very weak. The air conditioning was loud and not suitable for heating, so the room was below 10 °C.

The bed was comfortable. Online check‑in was complicated, no staff were available or reachable by phone, and the room was very small. The window couldn’t open or close properly, and there was no TV in the hotel. The bathroom had mold, a leaking shower, a loose and calcified tap, and the air‑con didn’t work. Tiles had fallen off in the bath, it was very noisy, and storage space was insufficient.

Kurzer Weg zum Oktoberfest Hunsrück!. Alles Service Personal unfreundlich, defekte Fenster in 2:Zimmern , TV zwar vorhanden aber im ganzen Hotel kein Fernseh Programm verfúgbar. frúhstúck wurde nicht angeboten Ein Witz sowas dieses Haus gehört direkt geschlossen nicht mal 1 Stern wert
