I never actually stayed there; it was a complete scam. I booked two rooms and paid 2800 rs, but when I called the hotel to check in they told me the rooms weren’t available and that my money would be returned. This happened a month ago. There was never a proper reply from the hotel or from the booking site; each blamed the other and my money is gone.

The toilets were leaking, the rooms smelled, and they weren’t cleaned properly—very bad. The staff were also not good. A very pathetic experience.

I arrived at 12:30 am, but the property said all rooms were booked. I called customer service and they offered an alternative, but there was no such hotel to be found at 01:30 am, so I ended up staying on the street with my friends and felt ashamed.

The facilities were awful: rooms were filthy and the toilets smelled bad, making it not worth staying at all. I paid the full amount and received no refund, and the customer service was terrible. I’ve already warned friends and family not to book here, and I lost Rs 1900 on this stay.
