मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The staff paid special attention to preparing our room and beds, ensuring everything was done to make our stay as smooth as possible. The team is friendly and smiling, and we’ll return. The hotel’s somewhat austere feel and surroundings were a downside.

Good welcome, very quiet. It’s a shame breakfast closes at 9:30.

I thought the stay was just okay overall. The shower had empty shampoo and body wash bottles, the breakfast coffee tasted terrible—maybe the coffee or the milk was off—and the fruit bowl was awful. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise was annoying.

The breakfast was decent, but the beds were mostly too soft. The air conditioner wouldn’t cool below 21 °C. The paint on the walls and windowsills was peeling, and there were stains on the walls. It was absolutely not worth €160!

The hotel offered typical Accor Group comfort. Novotel is among the best. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff very professional. There’s nothing to dislike, though it’s a bit far from Charles de Gaulle Airport, but still manageable.
