L'emplacement. Mauvaise insonorisation, possible hôtel de passe au vue des bruits entendus une bonne partie de la nuit. Clientèle irrespectueuse des autres clients (douche à 4h00 du matin pendant 30 minutes, sèche-cheveux également, engueulades de clients dans le corridor, etc.) Sans toutes ces nuisances, bon rapport qualité prix
