The location was excellent and the communication was clear; the room/apartment was spacious, the staff attentive and everything was quite decent. Breakfast, however, was a bit skimpy and repetitive, and the fifth guest had to sleep on a sofa bed that wasn’t very comfortable.

They acted quickly and efficiently to sort out the issues that came up. The breakfast spread, though, included only cappuccino as the food option.

The place was great and the staff were really friendly.

The spot was perfect, but the lift felt cramped – understandable given the building’s size.

Apartment room was clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Location was excellent- close to many restaurants, stores, and subway. Nice having a kitchen with full fridge and place to prep light meals. Appreciated having AC, but the AC unit is kind of loud. Free breakfast was convenient, quality of breakfast was ok
