The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which is nice for a central location. The rooms are basic but clean, and the common areas are very nice. Nothing to add.

I missed my flight and only arrived the day after the original date. I called to inform them that I would arrive the next day. I would have appreciated a small gesture of courtesy, like a tray in my room since I hadn’t had breakfast (and hadn’t eaten anything since the previous day’s lunch at 15:00 upon arrival). Even a drink would have been nice. The lack of basic politeness is disappointing.
