Hotel Střelnice

A really pleasant spot with a parking spot right next to the hotel. The small restaurant was very friendly, generous, and tasty. It’s close to the Adrspach‑Teplice rock formations, so I highly recommend it. I liked everything.

I gave it 7/10. The only drawback was that the temperature of the hot dishes was too low.

The accommodation is in the city center, with a restaurant on the ground floor and parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast is decent. The services offered and provided are absolutely not worth the price. Unfortunately, there is a lack of staff; the receptionist and the sauna are run by a waitress, and you have to go all the way to the pub to get the sauna keys. In the sauna, there are no towels, let alone plain water with lemon. The shower next to the sauna falls on your head, the sauna has loose boards, and the light hangs from the ceiling on a single cable. In the room, you couldn’t open the window, and there is no small fridge or safe. The shower is in terrible condition. The restaurant staff told us that cooking stops at eight, but by half‑past seven we were already not taking food orders, and the wine bottle we ordered was brought without a pitcher of ice, left on the table, and the staff left. Even though they were open until ten, at nine they wanted us to pay and were wiping the floor almost under our feet.

The location near the rock city is good, parking is fine. In the morning I received a message that the reception and the hotel were closed. The key was left behind. No one was there, the restaurant was closed. The next day a person was there who said that it was closed again today. No apology, no free beer. We couldn’t even make tea or coffee in the room. We left and skipped the second night.

It was good that we could drive. On arrival Sunday the restaurant was closed until the end of the day. The stay on Wednesday was closed. There were no drinks or food. No shop or restaurant was open on Sundays. The rooms were basic. The TV only had Czech channels. Breakfast was offered. On Monday it was fresh, and until Wednesday they always served the same fruit, vegetables, and salad. Eggs were freshly fried. The heating didn’t work. Never again.
