The place sits in a great spot and the staff are super friendly. Cynthia was very helpful, pointing me toward a local restaurant and shop, and she let me leave my bags early when I arrived. Having toiletries, a fridge, and a coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. The triple room only had two cups instead of the three I expected, and there were loose tiles on the balcony that need fixing.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from St Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museum. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of four—two teens and two adults all felt at ease. The staff were very friendly, and there’s a small waiting room with an automatic coffee machine where you can sit with your bags if you’re outside of check‑in or check‑out hours. Four separate keys give you good security in this apartment building. The downside is that the room is on the 5th floor and the elevator is old and small, so be prepared for that. Soundproofing isn’t great; you can hear people in the waiting room from inside.
