The staff were very helpful and polite, and the overall experience felt safe and professional.
I had no positive aspects to mention and regret staying there. The staff was rude; when I called for clarification, they said I was wasting their time. I paid $297.00 as shown, but upon arrival they charged my card an extra $400. Additionally, the no‑pet policy posted at the cashier counter was not what I expected, as I had specifically searched for a pet‑friendly place.
“I didn't get a chance to stay”
Nothing positive. I was charged, but when I arrived the room was sold out and they didn’t refund me after I explained that I had paid for a room that was then given away.
“It was ok to sleep but won’t go back”
The hotel’s proximity to the hospital was great, but there was no hot water for showers and the floors were so dirty you could tell they hadn’t been mopped.
