“A Booking That Served No Purpose”
The price was reasonable and it’s close to BTS. The experience was very disappointing. I had clearly stated that the guest was female, but she was placed in a male hostel and couldn’t properly use the room or washroom. The female washroom was on the 5th floor with no elevator, and due to her physical condition, she was unable to climb the stairs. In the end, she had no choice but to sit in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. The whole purpose of booking the room was completely wasted. Poor arrangement and unacceptable service.
