The price was good for the stay, and the staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast had little variety, with the same options each day; the fruit—melon, papaya, and watermelon—had a wilted watermelon on both days. The room smelled strongly of mold and had excess moisture, which was uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the pool on either of the two days because chlorine was added after lunch, during the afternoon; since the pool opens at 10 h and closes at 22 h, this could have been done before opening or after closing so guests could enjoy it. On the last day, I heard a conversation that sounded like a dispute between the owner and a front‑desk employee; the dialogue was audible from my room, which I found unpleasant and unprofessional.

The room was decent, but the parking was very vulnerable to theft and robbery.

The room we stayed in was very dark because of a construction next door; it needed brighter lights, and other guests complained the same. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, so we couldn’t watch anything on the TV, but the cleaning was excellent and the staff were very good.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was simple but complete, the hallway smelled nice, and they made coffee at the reception and pool, which I liked. The room had a mold smell (my children and I are allergic), and I know keeping a beach resort well‑ventilated is hard, but I expected better cleaning, towel changes, and a new bathroom rug after three days, especially with the beach and kids around.
