The Red Lion Inn

“Thank you for a good stay at a difficult time”

Great location, friendly attentive staff who made the stay easy. I arrived at the Inn late in the evening and everything was ready for my late arrival. I was in Cohasset for a funeral and didn’t know exactly how long I’d need to stay. They extended my stay without an issue and when I decided to leave earlier, they cancelled the extension with a smile and pleasantries. My room, #12, was exceptionally large and well appointed, with a comfortable bed and fireplace. Breakfast boxes each day were a nice touch and were appreciated. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area. The signage is along a side street instead of on the main street, making it a little difficult to see initially in the dark.

“Great Huatorical Inn”

I love this place—its historic vibe and the surrounding area are gorgeous, just about 20 miles from Boston. The only downside is that the Tavern’s food feels more like fine dining than a casual spot, so it’s pretty pricey.

Easy access to the ferry to the airport. Family‑like atmosphere. Lovely breakfast included.

“Un hotel boutique tranquilo para una estancia corta”

We really liked how spacious the room was, the friendliness of the receptionist, and the vintage décor. The breakfast boxes were a great touch, letting us eat something before checking out. We wished we could have stayed longer. I thought a 10 am check‑out was too early; when we asked for a one‑hour delay, they granted it.

We adored that the inn had been operating for over 300 years!
