The location is good, close to the station and the historic center. The downside was having to climb the equivalent of four old‑style stairs with luggage.

なし. エレベーターないので5階まで上がるのは最悪。 場所もわかりづらく、ホストがいないので不親切です。部屋に入るのに3回鍵を開けなきゃいけません。メッセージをやりとりしてる方もめちゃめちゃ不親切ですごく上から目線で強気です。ほんとに不快でした。いきなり各部屋で停電になり、電気が使えない状態が2時間ぐらいありました。それに対して私が連絡したにもかかわらず、申し訳ないと言うメッセージすら1つもありませんでした。電気が使えない携帯が使えない最悪です。こういう傲慢な宿は掲載すべきではない。絶対に泊まらないでください。 やり取りのメッセージ添付しておきます。酷い話です。

The apartments were clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the location excellent. The place had everything needed and a separate room for storing a suitcase.

The area is central, next to everything important. The room was modern, had a minibar, and the owners were responsive and quick via WhatsApp, though there was no face‑to‑face interaction. Too many stairs without an elevator, steep and bad for older people, those with physical issues, or small children. The entrance door was in bad shape, the bathroom was tiny, water pressure in the shower and sink was low, and the room was a bit noisy if you’re facing the street, which is a busy traffic road in Florence’s center.
