Clean, tidy, the host is very polite, convenient location and a nice entrance. All the essentials for stopping are there, a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything, even drinking water.

The exit from the track into the village is convenient and easy to find on a map. Parking is inside the premises and the gates lock automatically. Everything needed for a night’s stop was provided. The room has plenty of storage and a large wardrobe with hangers; heating was turned on at night. The shared kitchen has a fridge and kettle. The bed isn’t the softest, but the bedding smelled like detergent and a clean towel was supplied. If you’re not expecting a five‑star Turkish hotel for 720 UAH, it’s quite acceptable. The bath and toilet are combined, shared among three rooms, and there was no curtain over the window in the bath. Two identical cabins are pressed against each other, and for people with limited space this raw openness can be unsettling. The bathroom has a lot of mold and the toilet flushes at water level, and the brush wasn’t fresh. The shared kitchen isn’t the cleanest. If you bleach the bathroom and scrub the kitchen, it will be great.

Convenient location, friendly staff, low price, closed parking on the premises. The shower and toilet are shared; there is obvious mold in the shower, the ceiling is falling off, and sound insulation is poor.
