“Excelente”
I loved the location because it made it easy to head to the tour meeting point, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help, but the restaurant buffet lacked variety.

This isn’t really a 4‑star hotel; the parquet floor was uneven, so they installed carpeting, and the view from the window was blocked by a banner.

The place is very central and close to many shops, yet the breakfast missed the sweet section.

The room was gorgeous, modern, tastefully furnished, quiet, spacious and very welcoming, with an incredibly comfortable bed, but the breakfast was just ordinary.

The staff were fantastic, and compared to other European hotels, the room was unusually spacious. Every detail made it delightfully charming, giving the hotel both soul and heart. It’s a pearl barely visible from the street, surrounded by pompous hotels like Grand and Lido, yet it lacks nothing. The location is excellent, with everything I needed within reach, and if I had known these details earlier I would have booked a longer stay. I’ll return to Bucharest and stay in the same hotel and room again. I’m not sure I disliked anything, but the balcony view wasn’t perfect; it was very quiet, which might have been better with a street view. I noted extra costs, but those were taxes, not the hotel’s decision but EU policy.
