Rukmani Residence

We stayed for 5 days and the property turned out to be fantastic; the owner was very cooperative. The place was spotless and close to nearby attractions. The owner’s follow‑up was excellent. In short, it’s great value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our group.

We stayed for 3 days with a family group of 12. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It’s within walking distance of Shri Krishna Janambhoomi temple. The hosts are two brothers who own and manage the place and were always available to meet our needs. They also guided our trip perfectly.

“I would happily recommend Rukmani home stays to families wishing for a homely atmosphere in Mathura.”

We stayed at Rukmani Residence for three days with our whole family and honestly had a very nice experience. We booked the entire villa, which made the stay very comfortable, especially when traveling with family. The villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor with a kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor, and two double bunk beds on the second floor. All the rooms are AC, clean, well maintained, and have attached bathrooms. Everything was neat and comfortable when we arrived. What we liked most was that it actually felt like staying in our own home rather than a hotel. We could make our own tea, cook something if we wanted, sit together and spend time as a family. Having the whole place to ourselves also gave us a lot of privacy, which is not always possible in a hotel. The location is also very convenient. Most of the important places to visit in Mathura and Vrindavan are quite close, and some places can even be reached on foot. The two brothers who manage the property are really nice people. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They are also very knowledgeable about Mathura and Vrindavan and can guide you about places to visit. They can even help arrange cars and other transportation for local sightseeing. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we were happy with our choice. Whenever we visit Mathura or Vrindavan again, we would definitely prefer staying here.

The host was incredibly friendly, the place was well ventilated, neat, and clean, and it’s close to all the temples. The host guided our trip very precisely, saving us a lot of time. I’d recommend this property if you plan to stay in Mathura or Vrindavan.
