The hotel was conveniently off the highway, but our room was filthy.

The bed was comfortable, but some staff were very rude; I heard one swear at a customer right in front of me. I stayed 3.5 weeks and wanted to add a few more days, so I asked for a small discount because I’d spent a lot on the last two days, but they refused. The hotel was almost empty and they chose to lose a customer instead of offering a discount. I had trash piling up in my room, so I left it outside for the cleaning crew, but they didn’t pick it up. A gentleman knocked on my door and told me to keep the trash inside, but I said no one had cleaned or asked for towels or toilet paper in three days.
