I loved everything about the hotel; it was the best experience. I would love to go again. The view was very beautiful. I went there as a getaway from the kids we have and enjoyed the service, pool, mall, food—it made me so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the room at all, 5 stars all the way.

The hotel in general is great—the beds, the bathroom, the location—but when I arrived they gave me a room that wasn’t the one I wanted and only at 1 am did they change me to another room.

Everything was great, from breakfast to the room and front desk, and everyone involved was excellent. Everything was good.

The location is very good for when you need medical care, but it lacks a promotional rate for patients. The grill menu should offer more healthy options, as should the snack shop.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the wait staff were very friendly and efficient. The air conditioning was great, which is a must in Houston. The wifi was non‑existent in our room. I had to go to the front desk to get a shower cap and the vanity kits in the bathroom were not provided as is done in most expensive hotels. We had to pay for the electric charging, which is also complimentary at most hotels that charge $500 per night.
