Hôtel Océan Dinan occupies a historic stone house opposite Dinan Train Station, just a five‑minute walk from the medieval town centre and 20 km from Lancieux beaches. Guests enjoy a private‑courtyard parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, cosy rooms with flat‑screen TVs and Canal +, and a continental breakfast served each morning. The reception offers local newspaper and parking guidance.

The reception was very warm and the service friendly. The spot is perfect in every direction, especially for the train station and a short walk into the old town. Rooms were well equipped and very clean, with fresh drinking water and kettles available at all times, and the breakfast was good. Great value for money. I’d come back gladly. Nothing to add.

The staff were very pleasant, the place was close to the center, and parking near the hotel was hassle‑free. It was very clean and there was no noise in the room; we felt very comfortable.

We were just starting a cycling trip and the staff handled bike storage well and gave us good parking suggestions while we were away for a week, plus a solid breakfast to start the day.
