The location was excellent and very nice, but the only way to reach the room is a short staircase between the lift and the room—ideally it should be a flat corridor like a normal hallway.

The room was spotless and just a few minutes' walk from the ferry terminal, but breakfast didn't live up to my expectations; I would have liked a mini fridge in every room to keep drinks cool.

All the staff were courteous and helpful, especially a female employee named Dilla who provided very attentive support; the other receptionists, doorman, and housekeeping team were all pleasant and much appreciated, and the location was incredibly convenient. The room I stayed in, however, suffered from noticeable boiler or outdoor‑unit vibrations and noise at night, so guests who are sensitive should request a quieter room.

The place is within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no balcony.
