Elegant rooms and suites are available, with dining options at Josper's restaurant and steakhouse, and cocktails in The Loft bar on the 7th floor. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Titanic Quarter, SSE Arena, and Belfast Cathedral, and 13 minutes from George Best Belfast City Airport.

The hotel’s location was spot‑on, the room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly; breakfast was also lovely. The only downside was the absence of a toilet brush.

The food was good and the location was convenient, but there was no plug socket next to the bed, so I had to shift the bed to the other side of the room to use my medical device.
