The staff were very pleasant, and I’d happily come back if the trip were to be that way. The rooms were fresh and nice. The spa was fantastic, with an outdoor pool and more.

The rooms were very clean and featured a wonderful special setup. There was nothing negative to mention.

The little garden with a clean pool and the tiles in the room and wellness area, finished in gold and black to match the Klimt paintings, really stood out. The breakfast was excellent except for the coffee, which didn’t live up to the rest of the tasty spread that included various fresh fruits. On Saturday a wedding was held. The hotel markets itself as a wedding venue, but guests should be told from the start that it can get noisy at night. In the night from Saturday to Sunday I couldn’t sleep because of the drum thumping and loud music, and when I asked at midnight to lower the bass I was told, “we’re celebrating a wedding, that’s the end of the discussion.” The next day at the reception I only received a shrug.

A centrally located, quiet hotel with its own parking. The rooms were spotless and the mattresses comfortable. The wellness area, outdoor pool, and garden were beautiful. Breakfast left no room for complaints. From the moment you arrived you feel like a guest and welcome. The hosts gave a warm reception, shared useful regional tips, and the hotel is run with passion and dedication. Thank you – we felt at home!
