The location is very quiet yet just minutes from a romantic forest retreat, the city center, and the spa park. Breakfast was adequate, and the receptionist was very friendly. The rooms had been renovated, but we stayed in a former smoking room that was very uncomfortable; perhaps the carpet should be replaced.

The spot was spot‑on, close to the city center. Breakfast was excellent, the whole hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

For two to three nights it was perfectly adequate. The breakfast was average but the staff were friendly. The wellness area really enhances the hotel, and the park location is very good.

The split mattress was extremely soft. Everything was very old-fashioned. In the bathroom the wallpaper or paint peels from the ceiling, the shower is slightly moldy and lacks a shower rod, and the water never heats properly. The breakfast had raw eggs inside and frozen rolls. The TV is the size of a tablet. I couldn’t use the bath or sauna because it was too hot overnight. Some guests work far away and would like to use the spa late at night or early in the morning. It’s far too expensive for all of this.

“Empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bad Hall”

The park setting is lovely, quiet, and still a short walk to the town center. There’s a small wellness area with bathrobes and towels available, and the staff are friendly. Minor issues like constantly running water in the toilet and the building feeling a bit dated, but overall it’s clean and tidy.
