The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were alright. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. However, our room had no hot water when we showered; I called the front desk, and they said they would check the water boiler, but still no hot water.

The bed was incredible, with fresh linens and a magnificent television. We appreciated the privacy of the door being around the corner in our particular room, and we also liked having a mini fridge and microwave. Room 201 did not get hot water for about 30 minutes; the front desk was happy to help “reset” it, but even still we were made to run the sink, which ultimately backed up and we had to turn it off. We couldn’t just shower when we wanted, which was an atrocious inconvenience. We were told it was “because room 201 is the furthest from the boiler” after paying over $450 for ONE night and $25 for incidentals that were never returned to us.

I love the Hampton Inn; it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast options are great! The downside was that at this location, mostly teens were driving golf carts all around outside, especially in the entrance‑way near the parking lot.

The place is clean, modern, and the staff are friendly. The room is large, and the location worked well for an event. The price is high.
