The staff is very friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The location is central, but public transport is hard to reach; we had to take a taxi to the train station.

The location is beautiful with a view of Mt Fuji, but the breakfast is minimal.

I hit a snag when the parking on the first floor was full, so I had to leave the lot and re-enter to reach the second floor because a U‑turn inside the parking wasn’t possible; the lane to the second floor is narrow, so you have to be careful when entering.
