Location is brilliant, staff were friendly, facilities were everything you needed. Food really nice. I liked everything

Location and most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Two lady Reception afternoon of 6th Oct where VERY unhelpful (Stating Room had not been paid when it had). Not even explaining where breakfast was. VERY VERY Unwelcoming! Thankfully all the other staff where lovely !!!

Great location, breakfast and Steve the night porter. The rooms on the rear of the hotel do appear to be affected by an overnight humming noise possibly a pump or generator of some sort. If you're light sleepers as we are, this does not allow a good nights sleep

Set in a rural location with gorgeous view but also the steam train and steam boat dock was a short walk near by. Nothing it was beautiful
