Breakfast was good, the staff—especially the kitchen crew—were polite and everything was well organized, yet the price didn’t match the city’s options, no beach towel was provided when requested on any day, and the front‑desk lady was alone and overwhelmed during check‑in.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean, but the coffee was lacking, the hotel was far from the beach bars, the parking was uncovered, every time we left the car to enter we had to get out and press the intercom for the gate to open, and the pool water was cold.
