“Peaceful, relaxing and a good way to break up a busy, city focused itinerary in Japan!”

The place is just a 5‑minute walk from the station, which was great for us two traveling with heavy luggage. Even though it’s close to Main Street, the room felt secluded and special, with an amazing view of the river and waterfall from our balcony. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we received plenty of instructions on respecting the traditional Japanese room and using the hot spring bath.

The location and the private onsen in the room are great. The staff were too frequent, the food had many varieties, and it was not always common and was served cold.

“Handy location but I don’t think it’s worth the price you pay. Rooms could be updated as the bathroom feels tired.”

The location was very close to the train station and the river view was very calming. I asked for a western breakfast for my children, but we were served a Japanese breakfast with no resolution, so my children went hungry.

The hotel is near the station, the hot springs are super good, and the staff were friendly. The dinner and breakfast were a very different experience.
