“ローマ観光にお勧めです”
The hotel was close to the station, perfect for Rome sightseeing, and the cleaning was immaculate every day. The bed springs felt a bit loose.

We loved the place; it was very convenient for moving around Rome. Nothing else to note.

The location was very close to the station, Mario was instantly responsive via WhatsApp, and we could access the room well before the check‑in time. The room was spacious, functional, and sound‑proof; no outside or neighboring noise could be heard.

It was the worst of the four accommodations I stayed in Italy! I chose it based on reviews, but I was hugely disappointed. I don’t know what happened, but it didn’t look like the place and host described. The only good thing was the location (excellent) – five minutes on foot from Roma Termini, many buses depart from there, the metro connects the main points, and the airport shuttle bus is a three‑minute walk away. Some positives: it’s on the first floor but has an elevator; you can drop off luggage before check‑in; the host leaves a booklet with city info and restaurant suggestions (nice, but by the time you arrive in Rome you already know most of them and the restaurants are the same tourist spots everyone recommends, so they’re very crowded). The room was not clean on the day we arrived, and over the four nights the room and bathroom were never cleaned (only the bed was made, and the glass we used for the welcome wine wasn’t cleaned or replaced). From the second night a foul odor came from the bathroom and I didn’t understand why. On the third day I opened the drain and saw it was filthy. I left the lid open, but it still wasn’t cleaned. I normally don’t ask for new towels, but they were very damp even when hung. I had to keep asking every day; on the day I didn’t request, I only received one (we were two people). Breakfast: the photos made me think the breakfast was plentiful and served on the terrace, but only a croissant/cornetto, coffee or latte, and a jar of jam and honey were provided. I had to keep asking if there was each item and every day I had to ask for butter, juice, cheese, salami, yogurt. Nothing was offered; I had to ask. There were no fruits or cake like in the photos. Hospitality: the host Mario was only available via WhatsApp. The room had only two pillows; on the day I arrived I asked for two more and explained that my elderly mother needed to lift her legs a bit. He said he wasn’t present, could deliver the next day, but if it was urgent I could get them from the colleague leaving the room next door. I didn’t find that colleague, and the next day they didn’t leave pillows. I only got them on the third day when I asked the breakfast man. Air conditioning: it was central and had a notice that it was automatically turned off at certain times, but we could request a change. I requested it, Mario explained where the control was, it was outside the room, in the kitchen; every night I turned it on, but in the middle of the night it was very hot. The terrace wasn’t open and inviting as in the photos; it didn’t look like a place to stay, it was closed and had several things piled up.
