The staff fully met my extra requests for the stay. The bathroom quality wasn’t as high as the room’s, so there’s room for improvement given the hotel’s standards.

The hotel was tiny but very welcoming, simple and well furnished in a mountain style, where we spent a week. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom and a lovely balcony even on two sides. The real value came from the very quiet location away from the road, the quality of the cuisine, and the great friendliness of the restaurant staff. The kitchen was very good and varied, and they also accommodated the gluten‑free needs of one member of our group. Regarding the dining staff, both Carlo and Alessio displayed a high level of kindness and professionalism. With Carlo, a friendship almost formed thanks to his irresistible charm and communicativeness. Thanks a lot to both of them. The owners were also very hospitable, especially Carlo and his mother. We will definitely return! The pool water was very cold and the spa was very basic and simple.

Breakfast was excellent with a choice between savory and sweet. The room was beautiful, but it was a pity that our side didn't have a balcony, although the view of the mountains was lovely.

“Weekend al fresco in famiglia prima di tornare al lavoro”

Personale, soprattutto quello di sala, super cordiale e disponibile, in particolare con i bambini. Camera veramente spaziosa con cameretta interna per i bimbi. Pulizia iniziale della camera non al top, abbiamo trovato qualche capello e briciole sul pavimento. Letti un po' corti, ma io sono over 190 cm
