The beds were comfy, the rooms and facilities stayed clean, and the staff were friendly, but the hot tub was broken.

“Great but improvements needed”

The room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are AMAZING. The hotel is within proximity to many main locations in the city such as Northpark Mall and Medieval Times. The toilet is very dated. the toilet seat was clean but is too old and looks disgusting despite the fact that it was clean. The fact that the hotel did not offer any free coffee early morning, until 7 am when starbucks opens in the lobby, or otherwise the room coffee, which is below par. There was no creamer in the room, and we tried to buy milk from the hotel pantry- no milk. This is a downtown hotel with a lot of executives. the least you can do for those room prices, is offer free coffee all day. A little goes a long way with these things. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. even 3 star hotels offer free coffee in this day and age from 5 am to 5 pm, or at least have some decent milk or creamer options, and better coffee options in the rooms. so problems: toilet seats, coffee

“excellent location for our trip as we were going to the American Airlines Center”

Even though we were off the highway, we didn’t hear any traffic noise. The area feels safe with parking lot security and key‑card access to floors. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a microwave, but the bathtub was outdated.

Everything was great, the room stayed very clean, and the view was perfect—10/10.

“It was an overall great stay just having allergies and a stuffy room made it a bit uncomfortable.”

Location and cleanliness. The A/C temp in the room did not go lower than 73 so it stayed stuffy
