The staff are very warm and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent and the tea time is much appreciated; the little touches, like remembering our first names and personal messages, are nice. The room is comfortable and clean with a large bathroom, but we struggled to set the air‑conditioner temperature, the small towels in the room feel a bit rough, and we didn’t like the dinner menu as much.

Checking in, extending my stay, and everything in between was smooth and welcoming, with all staff super friendly and helpful; the air conditioner didn’t cool enough for me and the fridge couldn’t keep ice cream cold, but overall it was a great place to relax and use as a base.

Breakfast is very filling, and the staff are calm and kind. Nothing else.

The staff were great and the location is, by definition, perfect 😊. The room service took days to clean the room, up to 4 pm.
