“ottimo soggiorno da rifare!!”

The property is very well maintained, modern, and spotless. The only drawback is that with many buildings and different staircases, it’s easy to get lost.

“It was passable cause of convenience 💯”

The location was the only positive. Towels smelled bad and the floor was slick and unsafe. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or soap in the basin dispenser. The property manager never addressed me by name or introduced themselves. Their response was slow. The kitchen was well equipped.

The room was very clean, and getting in was a breeze thanks to the message I received days before with clear instructions and the codes to enter. The only hiccup was finding the F staircase, where the letter was hidden unless the gate was open; the E staircase, by contrast, had a huge letter. The biggest issue was the shower: despite having multiple spray options, only a very weak stream came out from the waterfall setting, and I couldn’t activate the other jets, so I couldn’t shower at all. Even for a single-night stay, I think the facilities should be checked before guests arrive. The most troubling part was the night’s sleep; around 4:40 am I was woken by other guests loudly talking in the common areas right in front of my room for about half an hour, then they kept talking in the next room for another hour, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. This incident shows both poor soundproofing and a need to remind guests to keep noise down at night.

“Ottimo”

I needed a quick place to stay for one night and everything was organized and ready. The only things that could use improvement were the cleanliness and the height of the pillows, but otherwise everything was fine.
